Andreas got his start in the electrical trade back in 1998, but quickly realized his real passion was in custom tech—shifting into residential and commercial audio/video integration in 1999 and never looking back. Over two decades later, his absolute favorite projects are large custom new-construction homes, where he can design a seamless system from the studs up. If you ask him the secret to high-end integration, his answer is simple: patience. (Because when complex tech decides to be stubborn, staying cool under pressure is half the job.)

A Columbia local since moving to the area in 1993 to attend USC, Andreas loves traveling and spending quality time with his family when he’s off the clock.

Fun Fact: Andreas and his wife share the exact same birthday—though he’s officially six hours older!

After moving to Columbia six years ago to attend USC, Henry made the leap from digital marketing into the hands-on world of low-voltage technology. He assists in installations and also manages our social media accounts and website.

Off the clock, you’ll find him logging miles around Columbia on a run or unwinding over at WECO Biergarten.

Born and raised in the AV business, Jadon has been involved with Stanek AV since 2015 and now serves as our full-time Operations Manager. He takes pride in answering the specific needs of our client’s moment, no matter how small or large. As the operations team lead, he ensures that our system designs are robust, complete, and speak directly to our customers’ strongest pain points. Passionate about high-fidelity sound, he loves making high-end audio accessible with just a few taps on a phone.

Outside of keeping job sites running smoothly, this Columbia native can be found cheering on his Carolina Gamecocks, exploring new walking trails with his wife Serenity and their beagle Beezer, or tending to his backyard vegetable garden.

Gretchen Ludt brings 25 years of low-voltage experience to the Stanek AV team—a career that began in Ohio when she picked up the phonebook, called local businesses, and carved out her spot in the industry. A quarter-century later, she doesn’t pick favorites when it comes to projects; for Gretchen, what counts most is helping clients get exactly what they need to make their lives easier. Her number-one jobsite essential? Adaptability. Whether handling client requests or shifting gears on a dime when unexpected tasks pop up, going with the flow is her specialty.

A Midlands resident for 13 years out in Elgin, Gretchen loves crafting, camping, working outdoors, watching racing, and catching movies in her free time.

Fun Fact: She once rode as a passenger in a two-seater dragster and blasted straight down the drag strip!
